Y’all may not know but my mom never let us call her anything but mommy😂 she was so adamant being called mommy, even at me and my sibling’s big/little age.
So let me show y’all about my mommy and how she lived.
1. She was capital ‘I’ Independent. Not only did she raise three kid on her own, she bought two houses in her time, bought and paid off my car, started a business, and worked her ass off for herself and her family.
2. She wasn’t just a cowboys fan, she was THEE Cowboys fan. I swear she has enough cowboys drip to clothe their entire team. I never understood the hype but I understood how happy her team made her (and how mad when they lost, which was a lot💙😭)
3. She had that unconditional and consistent support for everyone, not just for me, Raven and Justin. She gave her support to so many other people. She taught me what it meant to serve your community, volunteer, and give back.
4. She was never afraid to use her voice. And I mean that literally and figuratively. She’d be ready to jump up and sing karaoke, but also the first one to jump up and speak her mind when something wasn’t right. She’d just as easily fuss you out as she would sing an 80s hit in front of a crowd.🥹
5. She’d be big mad if I didn’t make her a bespoke post on IG and Facebook. She loved her spotlights😂 and honestly she deserves every spotlight we can give her.

No, but seriously, if my love for omakase has taught me anything, it’s that life will hand you one or two courses that suck. It happens. But if you just get through those unsavory bits, the fullness of the world will be better than anything you thought was possible. Just keep going. Keep chewing. Keep growing. 🍣✨ by @cameronphenom

I’m always writing. Even when I don’t have a purpose or goal for it. Even if it’s not what I wanted to write, the words seem to come anyway. So here on day 3 of the challenge, is something I wrote with no goal but I do hope it helps revive the piece who me who was unafraid to share her art to the world.

Day 2 of my 30 day challenge and I need to share more about my three trip to east Asia! @teamlab.planets is one of the top must visit sites in Tokyo. The entire museum has interactive elements involving nature and this exhibit specifically had flowers literally growing from the sky.

The most incredible frolicking experience. It was magical. It was whimsical. It was just what the inner artist in me needed to experience to get inspired.
