2026 MarinerFest was a success! 🙌🏼

Good job Terry Lot, Snoisle Libraries team and Project Girl Mentors.

Keep encouraging your children to read, read with them, utilize the resources in your communities and if you don’t know, ask! There are many community leaders here to point you in the direction to help you and your family succeed. We are stronger together!!

Every year this is the highlight in the Mariner district. We gather to eat, connect with information booths, MHS cheer team & PGM program hands out backpacks and supplies, Margaret reads to the children, and we always enjoy Pa with Washington West African drum instruction. There is so much joy and laughter in the faces of these children that is priceless.

I was able to connect with my old friend and podcast cohost Camron in my neck of the woods and connect him with leaders & friends in our community. It made my day!! And I was able to meet my district’s campaign councilman Marko in person.

Had a quick late lunch with my mom and my brother @thelobstershop took a quick couple videos, but really enjoyed our conversation. It’s important to catch up. It was delicious. I’ll definitely be back soon. taken in Lobster Shop by @camgoa46
