The one quote that got me through making actual changes in my life - it’s truly that simple if nothing changes, nothing WILL change. No one will come and save you, except yourself.

Realizing that I was a result of the choices and poor habits I’ve made, made me want to start getting better. The truth is we get used to our routines and habits, but the longer we put off the work to better ourselves the harder it’ll be to face ourselves in the long run.

This is truly for anyone that is actively trying to better themselves. Whether it is mental or physical. I get you, I see you, I feel you ❤️‍🩹 keep going

A healthy mind has been a big goal of mine this year, beyond any aesthetics. Sometimes I train just because it has helped me so much with my mental health. The stronger I am the stronger I feel.
