🇺🇸 This week I twisted my ankle and was forced to stop. And honestly… body talks, and when you don’t listen, life will make sure you do 🙏
My first thought was: my workouts are gonna be ruined. But you know what?
Plans change, sh*t happens, we adapt. Maybe slowing down for a little isn’t the worst thing either 💕

LIFE UPDATE: The past few weeks have been HARD, to say the least. But also very eye-opening.

They’ve shown me my resilience, my strength, and reminded me to focus on the things I can actually control.

Because at the end of the day, life is gonna pass anyway. Sh*tty things are gonna happen. And sometimes, the only thing we really get to choose is how we face them. So if they’re happening anyway… can I try to face them with a little more peace instead of rage?

NO🤌🏼. Lol kidding. I promise I’ll try from now on 😂

But more than anything, lately I’ve been learning to value what actually matters. Real friendships. Real connections. People who won’t let you down. People who bring you peace. People you can sit with for hours and genuinely enjoy each other’s company 🤍. Forever grateful 🙏

Life update: You can tell… life has been LIFING lately 😂 but we keep going, we keep learning, and we keep growing every single day.
