PROCEED WITH CAUTION. THIS BOOK DEALS WITH HEAVY TOPICS‼️

I asked what commission you wanted next and you picked numbers three, so I thought I'd show it off in a not so depressing way—before the depressing way 😃😭

This commission means a hell of a lot to me. Of course its missing a lot of context, but I don't think it needed much to understand the depth of this scene. Billie is extremely close to my heart, she carries the brunt of all my many mistakes through this book that if you have the miss fortune to relate, that you maybe find some peace inside my words. This book hurt me and healed me in many ways. It helped me to understand the person I used to be and help me to acknowledge how much I have grown over the years. I am not proud of the things I did, or the person I became to make this character a living reminder of exactly that. But it a reflection of the things I had to change to be a better version of myself now that I am no longer surviving.

Carmen is the person I needed, and never had. So this scene means everything, and its deeply personal.

Thank you so much to @camilanamdief for bringing these new characters to life for me. For paying so much attention to the details, for blowing me away with your talent. I am so grateful you took such good care of them and I am so happy to share this beautifully bittersweet piece with everyone 🥹🦋⛓️‍💥🫀 by @camilanamdief
