😳Your body tells the true story of your life.

‼️Not material possessions!!

😡 Your body holds the tension, stress and pain you are carrying.

Do you know where you hold most of your stress?

Face?
Back?
Hips?
Neck?
Feet?
Stomach?

🙏🏾 BLESSED will always be that person that uplifts, show kindness, encouragement to those that have never experienced those things.

👀 Social media is an escape, a form of fantasy.

😔 In the real world people are in pain.

‼️Give someone a genuine compliment in real life- not because you want something but just knowing that person may need to hear something nice about themselves.

Even wanting a thank you is wanting something.

🥺if that is hard to do, chances are you are hurting. Look in the mirror and say, “I LOVE YOU”

‼️You will encounter people that resent your positivity, your aura of authenticity!

👀Resent your way of believing everything will work out.

🪨 Throw shade, little pebbles of doubt your way bc they hate that they don’t believe in themselves.

🫶🏾 Don’t let these ppl break you! God has you and God has them they just don’t understand it yet! 🥰

It makes no sense to envy anyone because you do not know how they have suffered or are suffering.

If you could feel the person’s pain you are jealous of you would not choose that path regardless of their material, relationship, education status or physical looks.

Become secure in who you are!

It takes a healed person to feel and understand how much you have gained from a loss.

Loss of a job
Loss of a lover
Loss of a loved one
Loss of a pet
Loss of a house/apt
Loss of material possessions.

Endings exist so you can love and embrace life even more and all it entails.

If you are not there yet, I pray you will.

Have you seen what hate does to the body???

Hate me but I will never hate you, myself or life period.

I am BEAUTIFUL 😘 and love got me this way.

On some real ish your energy is off putting and you start looking real ugly, you might even start to stank bc hatred disrupts your hormonal balance.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE BEING HIGHLY MELANATED! Black Black Black Black Black 🤣

1. I love the way we AGE!

You could not pay me to be otherwise.

I’m so serious some of yall really don’t understand melanin is a gift if you take care of it you will feel and look beautiful for a LOOOOONG TIME!

2. I love our freedom to be and how that manifests in flavors of expression.

3. MOST importantly I love the way we love!

Did you know that parents of other races teach their kids, when lost to find a black woman first?

Happy JUNETEENTH!

Don’t be surprised when a bird 💩 on your head when all you do is complain about the outdoors.

Apply that same concept to relationships, money, and health.

Can’t complain about something and expect a wonderful life. Doesn’t add up!
