Year 30 was definitely my hardest year yet. I experienced the most changes, faced the most challenges, had to make the toughest decisions, and then on Christmas Day I lost someone very near and dear to my heart. I haven’t processed everything yet and most days I don’t feel ok. At first I didn’t have the strength to do anything for my birthday but those around me reminded me that I still deserved to be celebrated.

I’m so appreciative of my support system and my loved ones because they’ve exceedingly showed up for me every step of the way

This next year I will continue to show gratitude, be kind, and live every day like it’s the last.

Shout out to @reallydiscool because from Japan to Chicago to Atlanta no matter where I’m at my best friend gone be there for my birthday. Beyond grateful🥰🥰🥰
