Not for sale? My buyers don’t care lol!

When a client falls in love with a property that isn’t on the market, I don’t cross it off the list. I put in the work and do what it takes to negotiate an off market property.

It starts with a handwritten letter, but it doesn’t end there. It takes strategy, persistence, and knowing how to have the right conversation with an owner who wasn’t planning to sell.

Sometimes it’s a no. Sometimes it’s the start of a deal that never hits the MLS. 💌

If you’re looking for the BEST fall activity near Nashville, this is it 🍂🎃

We spent the day at Lucky Ladd Farms in Eagleville and there was seriously so much to do like the corn maze, feeding birds, goats, pigs, rides, amazing food, and a huge play area for kids.

It’s basically everything you want in a fall day all in one place. 🍁🐐🌽

Definitely adding this one to the yearly fall tradition list!!
