Getting to do this hunt with my baby girl, dad, brother, and husband was a dream come true 🤎🫶🏻🥹

Delilah spent every minute of this hunt with me and I’m so so grateful for it! Being a mom is the coolest thing ever and getting this buck is a close second!

And thank u to my dad, my best friend, and my biggest role model who spent so much time helping me and spending days and days in the mountains with Delilah and I :’) I love u!

most of my life I would give up on things that I thought I was passionate about. Violin, Theatre, Softball, Fashion design… it all invigorated me but it never stuck. I put in the littlest amount of energy I could into those things then eventually gave up.

Breastfeeding is a whole entirely different story. It’s a draining BUT fulfilling task that gets done every. single. day.

I didn’t give up on this. Not once.

The first couple weeks I had to hype myself up before I breastfed. I would have little treats, like suckers and mints, to take my mind off the pain that I knew was going to happen. No one told me that the first two weeks were the hardest and most mentally tolling.

Looking down at Delilah as she was eating would quite literally make the pain melt away. Her curly lashes, rosy cheeks, her big beautiful deep blue eyes…
Nothing compares.

anytime you’ve spent breastfeeding is worth celebrating. Oh how incredible it is that you can nurture and fuel another human being with your own receptacle. God designed our bodies in the most beautiful and intricate way.

I’ve witnessed many women in my life feed and sacrifice their energy, bodies, and time for the little angels in their lives and how inspiring that has been 🥹

So wether breastfeeding came easy to you and your baby, was hard and exhausting OR was all of the above…
