🌿💚 When women make time for themselves, beautiful things can grow.

Today’s Grow & Glow gathering at the Terrarium Plant Store here in Tennessee gave us time to create, connect, and enjoy a little self-care together. We also welcomed two ladies who weren’t members of Thrive & Shine Collective Wellness-a lovely opportunity to build new connections!

As a Self-Care Coach & Wellness Connector, I’m passionate about bringing women together for experiences that help us make room for our own needs, interests, and joy.

Today brought Supportive Connections, one direction of my Connected Self-Care Compass™, to life. We each created a terrarium, but we also made time for ourselves and one another. 🌱

Thank you to every woman who joined me. You made a meaningful investment in yourself, and I’m grateful you chose to spend part of your Sunday with us.

🙏🏾Grateful. Inspired. Connected.🙏🏾

Last night was such a special opportunity!

I’m incredibly grateful to Ms. Keturah Queen, Special Impact Manager for Moms with GirlTrek, for inviting me to be part of “Mamas, Let’s Talk About It.” Thank you for creating space for meaningful conversations and bringing women together.

I also want to thank the amazing ladies who showed up and joined the conversation. Your openness, energy, and willingness to connect made the evening even more special. 💚

I was honored to introduce the Connected Self-Care Compass™ 🧭a ~framework created to help women reconnect with themselves through Physical Renewal, Emotional Well-Being, Soulful Reflection, and Supportive Connections.

Because self-care is more than something we do. It’s about becoming more connected to who we are and what we need.

🌸 **My heart is so full!** 🌸

Today was everything I hoped Glow & Grow would be and more. 💐✨

We gathered, laughed, connected, poured into one another, and took time to choose ourselves. Watching these amazing women slow down, embrace the beauty around them, and leave with fresh flowers and refreshed hearts reminded me why I do this work.

Self-care doesn’t always have to be extravagant. Sometimes it’s as simple as making space to breathe, bloom, and be in community with women who understand the journey.

Thank you to every woman who joined me today and helped make this gathering so special. Your presence made it beautiful.

Here’s to continuing to grow, glow, and thrive—together. 💜🌿
