We are so grateful that Camp Able STL was featured on @kmovnews4

This story highlights the need for additional inclusive camps in the Saint Louis area. We are beyond excited to share the love of Camp Able.

A special thank you to our board member, Beth for sharing her families story with her daughter Claire. Also to our board president, David, who shined a light on the importance of inclusive spaces.

We also wanted to extend our sincere gratitude to @haleykerbytv for covering Camp Able and helping us spread the word.

Logan’s Playground is so much more than a place to play, it’s a space where inclusion lives.

Created in loving memory of Logan, this playground honors a St. John’s community member remembered for his kindness. Community members shared that he was the sweetest, most thoughtful and generous kid.

We are deeply grateful to partner with this church as we continue Logan’s legacy: building a world where every person belongs. taken in Saint Louis, MO by @campablestl

We are beyond excited to share that Camp Able St. Louis has been named a 2026 Blueprint4 Top 40 Camp Program in the St. Louis Region!

After our very first summer of Camp Able STL, this recognition means so much to us. We are incredibly grateful for our campers, families, counselors, volunteers, board members, donors, and community partners who believed in our mission and helped make our first year possible.

Our goal has always been to create a place where every camper is celebrated, supported, and given the opportunity to belong exactly as they are. We can’t wait to continue growing, learning, and creating even more Camp Able magic in St. Louis! 🫶

Thank you, Blueprint4, for this incredible recognition!

ONE INCREDIBLE WEEK OF #CampAbleSTL 💛🫶🌈✨

What a week.

A few months ago, Camp Able St. Louis was just a dream. This week we watched that dream come to life. We watched friendships grow, families become part of our community, and a room full of strangers become people who already feel like they’ve known each other for years.

To every camper, family, volunteer, counselor, church partner, donor, and supporter, thank you. You made this first summer something we’ll never forget.

If you want to relive the week or save your favorite memories, all of our camp photos are linked in our Instagram Highlights under “Links.” We hope these pictures bring a smile to your face for years to come. 💛

Here’s to Year One, and to all the summers still ahead.

LAST DAY, BEST DAY 💛🫶🌈✨

We wrapped up an incredible week with one of our favorite Camp Able traditions, the talent show! Every camper had their moment to shine ❤️

We ended the day with a family cookout, celebrating a week of new friendships, big milestones, and memories we’ll never forget.

Thank you to everyone who made the very first Camp Able St. Louis so special. What an amazing way to kick off this new chapter. Until next year 🤗💛

One of our favorite moments from Day 3 💛🐶

Thank you Love on a Leash for bringing your therapy dogs to camp yesterday!! Vinny had the biggest smile getting to walk one of the pups, and we’re so thankful Sydney helped in capturing these photos for us 🫶

We already can’t wait to have y’all back!

DAY THREE 💛🫶🌈✨

Today was packed with fun from start to finish!

We watched an incredible juggling show, spent time with our friends from Love on a Leash, made Easter crafts, decorated Rice Krispy treats, and wrapped up the day with a color war, Easter egg hunt, and water fun 🐣💦🐶

Every day at camp brings something new, but our favorite part is still watching everyone cheer each other on and enjoy every moment together. We can’t believe tomorrow is already our last day 💛🤗

Just a glimpse into Day 3 💛🫶🌈

It’s impossible to fit everything that makes camp so special into one reel, but these are a few moments that made us smile today 🤗

DAY TWO 💛🫶🌈✨

We spent the morning outside cooling off with water fun before gathering together for lunch. A huge thank you to the Missouri P.E.O. Chapter GP for providing lunch and helping make today so special! 💛

The afternoon brought an amazing magic show from Mr. Jeff, a visit from the Powder Valley turtles, and we wrapped up the day with a Camp Able Mardi Gras second line before heading home 🎩🐢🎭💜💚💛

There is something so special about watching friendships grow a little more every day. We are already making memories we’ll be talking about long after camp ends 🤗
