Kolejny punkt naszej wyprawy to Jezioro Bohinj 🏔️💙

Wiedzieliśmy, że będzie tu pięknie, ale nie spodziewaliśmy się, że aż tak. Totalnie zaczarowało nas to miejsce. Z każdej strony są góry, jest jezioro i ten niesamowity urok.✨

If you’re visiting Bohinj, these spots are all easy to combine into one full day of hiking and exploring.

📍 Mostnica Gorge & Voje Valley
Park near Mostnica Gorge and follow the trail through crystal clear turquoise water and narrow canyon walls. After the gorge, the trail opens into the peaceful Voje Valley — quiet alpine meadows surrounded by 2000m peaks and traditional mountain cottages.

Continue to Mostnica waterfall, one of the less crowded waterfalls in Bohinj. Even on a busy day, this whole area still feels much calmer than most tourist spots nearby.

📍 Lake Bohinj
The trail around the lake is around 12km and usually takes 3–4 hours depending on stops. One of the nicest easy walks in Slovenia with constant views of the lake, forests and Julian Alps. Perfect for sunset too.

🐍 One thing to know: we saw a viper (modras) near the trails, around the sunny rocky sections, so stay aware of you step.

📍 Slap Savica
We started from Ukanc and followed the trail north towards Savica waterfall. The walk is around 5km and very scenic the whole way. The waterfall was free during our visit, although it’s usually one of the busiest spots in Bohinj — especially later in the day.

Definitely one of the best areas in Slovenia for an active weekend.
