🌮Tacos while traveling!

Let’s fire up the Camp Chef and heat up the Skillet.

I got eyes and cutting board all over my pull out kitchen.

Potatoes are a must.

I like to dice them pretty small.

Using Olive Oil.

Dice up a little garlic.

The sun is peaking out.

It’s starting to look real delicious

what we ate at camp 🍔💫

smash burgers were AMAZING! i’ve never made a burger i’ve liked that much tbh

for our breakfast we didn’t want to use our stove in the heat so we had diet coke and Pringles instead of coffee and eggs 😭🍳🏕️

i see more easy camp meals in the future 😛

Aight Guys!! Pork Belly Pinwheels! You are looking for an internal temperature of at least 200 degrees for them to be rendered down and tender. I know every smoker cooks a little different, so just keep an eye on your internal temp!
