Good morning. So bad news- I had a minor accident right after leaving the farm to drive to market so we will not be at market today. Good news is that I’m okay and the van just has some minor damage. We are so sorry to let our customers down, especially for our last market of the year. We are so grateful to all of our customers that have supported us over the years. Many of whom we are fortunate enough to now call friends. We at Campo Rosso Farm want to wish everyone Happy Holidays and we look forward to growing more delicious food for you in the new year. by @camporossofarm

Almost at the end of the 2024 season! Year 11 down and we finish with a bang! The Rosa is our most special product of the whole year. The transformation it goes through to become the rose shaped radicchio is always astounding to us. At the end of a long season it reinvigorates us and inspires us to push further next season.

Roasted Treviso.

So ugly but so so good!

We cut the heads in half and roast at 350 with a little olive oil and salt until browned and soft. When it comes out we put a little vinegar to balance everything out. We preach this at market all day long! by @camporossofarm

Blue skies over on our radicchio crop thriving. In a year full of challenges our family is the guiding force through it all.

Without Jessi, Cecilia and Nina I probably would have given up by now.

Feeling so thankful for the smoothest Radicchio planting season that I can remember.

People always ask me about growing radicchio and the secret to having a good crop. There’s no secret. It’s just dedication and commitment to giving it the focus radicchio deserves. It’s a crop that takes time and some tinkering to get it right for your climate. I owe a lot of what I know to @andrea.ghedina @smarties.bio. We can’t wait for harvest to begin soon! by @camporossofarm
