Over a year ago, we decided to create a community of creative students and individuals for the purpose of networking and promoting talents and giving a platform to those who find it difficult to have the necessary support needed to break into a very saturated market. Today, we got certified. Thank you Lord Jesus 🙏

Oluwani Ifesimi, a graduate of Redeemer’s University, has shared an inspiring story of perseverance, faith and gratitude after completing her degree in Psychology with a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 4.48 out of 5.00.

In a personal reflection shared on Instagram, Ifesimi revealed that she had long been determined to graduate with a first-class degree. However, her academic journey took an unexpected turn in her 300 level, leaving her struggling to come to terms with her final results.

She said she initially believed she could recover academically, but when her final results were released in August, she found it difficult to accept that she had fallen short of her original goal.

Recounting a conversation with her father, Ifesimi said she had texted him that she had not made it. He reassured her, telling her that she had succeeded because she had done her best and graduated from university.

His response helped put her achievement into perspective, as she reflected on the people and experiences that had shaped her time at Redeemer’s University.

Expressing gratitude to God, her fellow students and lecturers, Ifesimi acknowledged the support system she found throughout her academic journey.

Although she did not achieve the first-class result she had hoped for, her 4.48 CGPA highlights a strong academic performance and a story of resilience, reminding others that success is not always defined by meeting one's original expectations. taken in Redeemers University by @campusgiant
