We were incredibly honoured to be included in @thetimes ’ list of the UK’s 20 Best Wild Saunas over the weekend — a HUGE thank you to @emmaeokelly 🌿🔥

It’s an amazing boost for our mission here at campwell — helping people to digital detox, reconnect with nature, and find real moments of stillness and restoration on the farm. And we were delighted with the shoutout for our sauna at @campwell.woods too!

~ TUBS ~

We love the excitement in people’s eyes when they walk around the corner and spot them. The nerves, the anticipation….

We love hearing the pep talk and encouragement from other guests, I think we all agree, the second dip is the easier dip!

We love the questionable noises that escape when someone takes the plunge (the really good ones travel all the way to the car park).

But most of all, we love the difference.

Guests arrive carrying the weight of the week, then leave looking lighter, calmer and somehow just… reset. It never gets old watching that transformation.

The funny thing is, physically getting in is the easy part. It’s your mind that does the negotiating. 🧠

🏔️ACG🏔️

Sometimes the best ideas don’t hang around for long.

Back in April, @canoeinc got in touch with a simple idea, bring ACG to Wiltshire to get ‘Wryd’. A few conversations later, we’d introduced them to the brilliant team at @positiveexperienceuk who we hosted for their team day earlier on in the year and, before we knew it, June had arrived and this little idea had become something real.

In the space of just a couple of months, a village came together to create something truly special.

Imke from @ubuntu_food cooked incredible food, @healing.weeds led people through the hedgerows foraging, @gb_bartender got everyone out running and hiking, @joekeppiebray shared bushcraft skills, and so many more brought their own knowledge, stories and warmth.

The workshops were brilliant, but what stuck with us most was everything in between. Strangers sharing benches around the fire, conversations that carried on long after the sessions ended, phones forgotten about, and a community that felt exactly like the Campwell we’d always hoped to create.

A huge thank you to Canoe for believing in the idea and being brave enough to do something a little different. Off grid isnt everyone’s cup of tea... but it was pretty special seeing everyone’s cup full by the end of it. 🧡

It’s amazing what happens when you’re fully present 🌱🌳🍄🏕️

For three days at our Full Fat Summit in @campwell.farm we spent less time looking at screens and more time in nature with one another.

As marketers, we spend our days thinking about how to earn people’s attention.

But somewhere along the way, it’s easy to forget to protect our own!

We’ll be taking a little bit of Campwell back into agency life:

🌿 More time outdoors.
📵 More moments without our phones.
📱 Fewer unnecessary notifications.
🤝 More face-to-face conversations.
💭 More space to pause before rushing to respond.

Early summer at the sauna 🐿️

We totally get it - a sauna probably isn’t the first thing that comes to mind on a hot summer’s day.
But taking time for yourself, slowing down for an hour, allowing your body to reset. Sometimes that’s exactly what we need most 🦊

CAMPWELL COOKS 🔥

A camp classic! We make this Dhal for our team socials, super quick and easy 🦊

Recipe:
1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over a low–medium heat. Add the onion, ginger and garlic, cover with a lid and cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes or until softened.
2. Add the curry powder and lentils and stir well to make sure the lentils are well coated.
3. Add the stock, bring to a simmer and then cook, stirring regularly, for 15–20 minutes, until the lentils are pale yellow and only retain a little bite.
4. Add the coconut milk and spinach, turn off the heat and stir to combine. Replace the lid and leave the spinach to fully wilt.
5. Serve the dal with the toasted pitta and yoghurt garnished with red chilli, if using.

Shopping list (recipe serves 4ppl):
1 tbsp vegetable oil (we provide this at camp)
1 onion, finely chopped
25g/1oz or a thumb-sized piece fresh root ginger, peeled and finely chopped or grated
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped or grated
2 tbsp medium curry powder
500g/1lb 2oz red lentils, rinsed well and drained
1 vegetable stock cube, dissolved in 1 litre/1¾ pint boiling water
400ml tin coconut milk
150g/5½oz spinach
1 flat bread per person, toasted
50g/1¾oz plain yoghurt
⅓ red chilli, very finely sliced or chopped (optional)
salt and freshly ground black pepper

@wearefullfat 2026 summit.

We’ve just returned from our two day summit. The theme was Human Connection, one of our agency values.

We wanted to create something space for our team to relax, connect and enjoy some peace.

Agency life is intense, it is hard to find time outside of deadlines and demands to connect to one another.

This year we wanted to provide a pause for our team, to safely connect and bond in a peaceful environment. @campwell.farm was the perfect place.

CAMPWELL COOKS

Cheese and chutney toasties 🧀 super easy and delicious!

Method:
1. Slice your cheese
2. Butter both sides of your sliced bread
3. Assemble your toastie, we went for Red Leicester cheese and an onion chutney
4. Place in hot pan and push down to get an even crisp on the bottom
5. Flip once it’s golden 🌞

Enjoy!!!!
