Got lots of catching up to do since I’m pretty new to the Gram. Tons of film to review from my last few seasons with my boys from Jax 🌴…we had a solid run 😎. One of my Dad’s goals from the 1900’s even made the cut 😳👀🙌⚽️🔥🚲.

Continuing to focus on development, ball mastery, finding solutions playing out of the back with the #LabCrew and training with my brothers + sister 💪🏻. Looking forward to what 2025 brings 🗓️…1% Better every day…⬆️

Do what you can with what you have…because somewhere, right now, someone is doing more with less…

Grateful for my built-in training partners:

Wishing the happiest of birthdays to one of my favorite travel buddies! Thanks for always being down for a good time and making life fun. Can always count on you to bring the vibes and positive energy. Happy 13th, Cam! ❤️ by @camross_2013

Technique above everything…but that doesn’t mean it’s the only thing…📋

Another beach 🌊 week is in the books, with a break from ball mastery and an emphasis on mobility, strength and conditioning that replaces it. Grateful for my “swim buddies”: @landonross_2010, @brodieross_2012 and @tenross_2017…0630 wake-ups, morning lifts and beach runs were easier with you by my side 🤙…no one gets left behind….

Returning to Florida ☀️ feeling recharged and ready to refine the basics and add some complexity to our training sessions ⚽️

“Do the hard thing now. Be steady and courageous today and in everything that counts. You’ll have to trust that it’s not as risky as you think. There is something behind you in this, even if it doesn’t feel that way. Fortune is here…fate is smiling upon you…but she tires quickly…she will resent you if you make her wait. Better to risk now than to gamble later, in either case - proceed boldly.”

Happy birthday to my favorite 12 year old, Cameron! One of the most caring, responsible, and competitive kids I know. Also a super great travel buddy and always down for a good time.😊 We love you, Cam. Keep chasing after your goals! 🎉💪🏼 by @camross_2013

Banger 🚀💥 by @camross_2013

Had another amazing Camp ⚽️ with @jonerfootball and @grandesportstraining in Miami, FL 🌴.

Last summer my brothers (@landonross_2010 + @brodieross_2012 ) and I made a list 📋 of goals and circled ⭕️ events and dates on a calendar that would help us accomplish those goals…Joner Camp Miami ‘24 was the first event on the list and it did not disappoint 🔥.

As we look back over the last 1️⃣2️⃣ months it’s evident we’ve all come a long way, but still have a lengthy journey ahead in our pursuit of mastery and development 📈. We’re grateful 🙌 to learn from 🐐s like Joner and Miguel Grande and appreciate all of the energy, wisdom and professionalism you put into every camper! It was also awesome to bring our baby sister 👧@tenross_2017 this year 🤙!!

Can’t wait for Joner x Grande Miami 🌴2026…it’s already circled ⭕️!!! 🚀🚀🚀🚀

“The fact that something seems impossible shouldn’t be a reason to not pursue it. That’s exactly what makes it worth pursuing. Where would the courage and greatness be if success was certain and there was no risk? The only true failure is sinking away from life’s challenges.”

Putting in a Technical Session ⚽️ with my Little Sister @tenross_2017. She’s getting gooooood 👀😳😱.

If - at times - you’re feeling a little lost while building the next version of yourself as a player…good.

It means you’re not clinging to the old version…
