Calling all Canary District / East End moms! 💛

Hi, I'm Salma — mom of three boys and owner of Oxygen Yoga & Fitness, right here in the Canary District (435 Front St E)

For the month of November, I want to invite you — plus one of your mom friends — to try our studio for 1 FULL WEEK, completely free. No catch: I know that as moms, we move more when we don't go alone.
What are far infrared classes? Unlike traditional hot yoga that blasts hot air, our far infrared panels warm your body directly — like the sun, without the stuffiness. The room feels comfortable and breathable while you sweat deeply. It helps loosen tight muscles, eases stress, speeds up recovery, and leaves you feeling calm and recharged — in hot yoga and hot fitness formats (HIIT, Pilates, barre, sculpt and more), for all levels

How it works:
1️⃣ Check our schedule: https://oxygenyogaandfitness.com/canary-district/
2️⃣ Pick your first class — Monday to Friday at 6 AM, 7 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM or 12:15 PM
3️⃣ Email me at Canarydistrict@oxygenyogafitness.com with your full name, phone number, and your friend's name + email (if you're bringing one)
📅 November 1 to 30 only — spots per class are limited.
You deserve an hour that's just for you. Come warm up with us while it's cold outside! — Salma
