Every age group has different needs, attention spans, learning styles, and ways of interacting with the world.Our Minis class focuses on:✨ Listening skills✨ Following directions✨ Coordination and body awareness✨ Confidence and social development✨ Having FUN while learning the basics of jiu-jitsu!As children grow, they adjust and adapt to new challenges, and our age-appropriate classes help support that journey every step of the way. 🥉at @ibjjf Gi Worlds open class division3 years… it took me 3 years as a black belt to even get in the podium of this tournament. I did everything in my power to perform the way I did and I can gladly say this was the best tournament that my mind was clear, calm and peaceful.Truly can’t wait for the rest of the year!
