Seven Stars
Every time I think I’ve had the best week of my life, another week comes along and somehow takes its place. What a beautiful way to live a life.

Grateful hardly even begins to describe how I feel about this past week. I leave lighter, more authentic, more aligned, happier, and somehow with even more love in my life than I had before.

I'm exetremly grateful for my chosen family. For the kind of love that lets you be completely yourself. For the people who make life feel bigger, softer, weirder, and more meaningful just by being in it.

Mount Nystrom

Funny how the universe knows what you need before you do.

I had this hike planned weeks before I knew my stepdad's health would decline. He passed earlier this week, and the grief hit me like a train. Being able to honor Miles in my own way was exactly what my heavy heart needed today.

I never could have imagined there would be a summit register waiting for me. A place to leave a note that was itself dedicated in loving memory of someone else. It was a sign that he is still with us. A magical moment in the midst of the sorrow of losing him.

Miles, you saved not only my life, but the lives of countless others whose paths you crossed. The biggest lesson in losing you has been this: you don't know until you know. We spend so much time believing there will always be another conversation, another visit, another chance.

How could I have known?

Grief is big. It holds almost the entire spectrum of human emotion. I cried so much but also laughed so much this week reminiscing memories of you.

I hiked this mountain today because you couldn't. Rest in peace Miles. I am who I am today because of you. by @candacegrey

2/27/26-3/5/26 - @psychedelicguideinstitute retreat & cohort 2026

I'm still integrating the magic from this retreat.
I’m really grateful for the work I get to do with these beautiful humans!

Most people search their whole lives and never find where they belong, yet I have found exactly where I belong!!

Being of service to my fellow humans is one of the many purposes I have here during my time in Earth school 🌎

Community is medicine, mushrooms are medicine
& love is ever present in every moment.
