And just like that… my childhood bestie and I found our new annual NYC birthday dinner tradition spot. 🍣✨

The best girls’ dinner at @rosellasushi, where we ordered:

Crudo Pesto with bluefin tuna, watermelon & fish sauce pesto (my fave fruit + insane fatty tuna deliciousness)
Ceviche with bluefin tuna, coconut milk, lime, corn & corn nuts…we drank the remaining broth it was SO good
Spicy avocado little rolls (underratedly good)
Salmon avocado roll, fluke nigiri & pickled mussels
Spicy cucumbers with cashew salsa, yogurt & dill
Uni toast with @candbnyc sourdough, maitake duxelles & maple syrup (peep the miso broth which was also ridiculous)
Miso carrot cake & coconut milk sorbet for dessert

Everything was so thoughtful, creative and legitimately delicious, but the people and service made the night. @shealucia welcomed us at the front of house and was warmer than the miso broth. We absolutely LOVED our server, Angelina, and everyone should go see her act now before she’s starring on Broadway. Both women were absolutely delightful.

We had the legitimate best time and now that we know @rosellasushi has a Michelin-starred omakase sister, @barmillernyc, and a coastal Maine sibling, @rosellasushikpt, we are scheming to take the bestie girls dinner tradition on tour 😏🍣✈️ taken in Rosella Sushi by @candbnyc

What a time was had last Wednesday at the @sixthstreetcc ! We can’t thank our new partner @candbnyc enough for donating a BOUNTY of fresh pastries for our members to take home with their produce. @trinityles.nyc contributed bags and bags of the juiciest, freshest purple grapes that were a huge hit with everyone! Also @nycurbanag will always get the biggest shout-out for making this weekly extravaganza possible.🥗 CSA ALL DAY (well actually 3-7pm)…but we can’t wait to see your smiling faces and reuse-able bags!
