True Story: I learned to bake to treat @jackswift_phd and I’s super munchie cravings. After 🌿🍃💨 became life I would get cravings for treats at the latest times. One time we ordered McDonald’s cookies and I wanted to fight because I hated them. As a result I taught myself how to bake using YouTube, cook books & trial and error. My mother in law told me which utensils to get and the rest was history. Keep in mind My first cookies looked like brittle burnt shards of glass🤣🤣🤣 moral of the story is start baking so you can feed your munchie habit, then infuse it🤣💯and bake some more!

My son took a bite and hugged me for 5 minutes saying I outdid myself🤣🤣🤣🤣
Crust:
3 packages of Graham crackers
1 stick melted unsalted butter
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger, allspice, nutmeg
Filling:
4 packages softened cream cheese
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 room temp large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice, nutmeg, ginger
Topping:
2 cans sliced peaches
1/4 brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup salted butter
1 tablespoon corn starch
Season with cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, cloves

Combine crust ingredients and create the layer using a 12’’ spring form parchment lined pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes then let cool
Combine the cream cheese and sugars until fully incorporated with a mixer.
Add eggs one by one. Next add sour-cream and vanilla extract. Next add all of your seasonings until fully combined. Cover and wrap the bottom of your pan with layers of foil. Next pour the filling into the pan. Add the pan to another pan and fill the bottom with hot water for a water bath. Bake on 350 for an hour and let it chill overnight. The next day create your peach topping mixture and allow it to cool for several hours before pouring on top of your chilled cheesecake. Lastly cut, and serve and I promise you your family will love you.❤️❤️❤️❤️ If you make this please tag me and share your pictures😊

#proudstrangeling HAPPY BIRTHDAY POST TO MY BABY @redheadjawn 🥳🥳🥳She is ineffable …language is a crude tool in the face of her majesty! Human time, too poultry a measurement to map her existence. No day can encompass how important u are to ur world 🌎 baby as u r ours! I love you, Candee Swift! #birthday #happybirthdaytoyou #birthdaygirl #happybirthdaybaby taken in Proud Strangeling Studios by @candeecooks

@jackswift_phd knows my love language is words of affirmation/physical touch… but when I’m in the kitchen I’m laser focused and definitely not paying him any attention 😂😂😂
Trust me I don’t take any of it for granted even though I’m talking 💩😂😂😂😂
Side note: all my adhd/ocd people I know y’all see the opened cabinets…and the 2 locs that won’t act right.😆😆💚💚

Chicken and broccoli with shrimp and garlic sauce for dinner. Why order out when you can make it exactly how you want at home. This night I didn’t have all my ingredients I normally used so I relied on my pantry.. and she Always saves the day😂
