What if “home” didn’t have to be just one place?

One home for one season.
Another for a completely different way of living.

🗽New York + Sunny Isles.
🌏Sunny Isles + somewhere across the world.

Fun fact: Seasonal living isn’t just about escaping the weather! It’s also about choosing where you want to experience each season of your life.

The luxury is having the freedom to go back & forth.

Sometimes the answer is…get to the water.

Acknowledge all of the things you are so grateful for.

Take a moment to be proud of everything you’ve accomplished open till this point.

Be still and allow everything around you to flow.

Simply because you can. It’s all working out… Believe it. taken in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida by @candias

Thinking out loud: Are you stunting your own growth?

If so, please stop!

You deserve whatever it was on the other side of you taking action!

Sunny Isles locals & visitors, add this one to your list!

Stopped by @elalmacenmiami and this is exactly exactly what our souls needed 😆✨

Incredible coffee, made to order food & pastries and the most positive vibes ever!

Whether you’re grabbing something on the go, meeting a friend for coffee, or just craving a little treat, this is definitely a Sunny Isles stop worth checking out.

Sunny Isles locals… have you visited the Intracoastal Sports Park?

This is 1 of those resident perks that’s easy to drive past without realizing everything that’s inside.

Outdoor fitness equipment, tennis + basketball courts, a walking path, and an Intracoastal backdrop that makes getting outside feel pretty good.

A few things to know:

☀️The park is for Sunny Isles Beach residents

☀️Resident ID Cards are FREE

☀️Your Resident ID gives you free access to the courts

☀️Visit sibfl.gov/home for Resident ID information, activities + registration

☀️ Non-residence can request court time in person.

I love finding and sharing the little things that make living in Sunny Isles so enjoyable.

Save this for your next outdoor day and send it to a Sunny Isles neighbor who needs to know about it.

This was her first time seeing her new home since touring it weeks before. Up until she opened the door the only memory she had was the brown paint.

The experience of helping someone find their new home will never get old.

Oftentimes, it’s the start of a new season.

Sometimes that season is downsizing.

Sometimes that season is relocating.

Sometimes that season is simply realizing that the life you’re creating needs a different kind of space.

No matter what the season is, it is such an honor to be a part of moments like this.

Because the more life I experience, the more I realize that home has very little to do with four walls.

It’s where ordinary days become memories.
Where routines are created.
Where ideas are born.
Where people gather.
Where we rest, reset, dream, celebrate and simply live.

And as we grow, sometimes the places that once fit us perfectly… simply don’t fit the life we’re growing into anymore.

There’s nothing wrong with that.

Maybe that’s one of the beautiful parts of life.

We’re allowed to evolve.
We’re allowed to want something different.

And we’re allowed to create environments that reflect not only where we are today, but where we hope to go next.

Maybe finding the “right home” isn’t always about finding the perfect place.

Maybe it’s about finding the place that feels right for the person you’re becoming.

So honored to be of service🙏
