It’s my birthdayyy 🎉🩷 It’s pretty hard to put into words what this birthday means to me. I’m so proud of the woman I’ve become. All of the experiences I’ve had, the accomplishments I’ve achieved, the things I’ve overcome, the wisdom I’ve gained, and all the amazing memories I’ve made. As I reflect on my life, I can remember so many pivotal life moments like it was yesterday. The moment I graduated from Spain and went off to Cass. The moment I received the Gates Millennium Scholarship. The moment I went off to USC and joined the dance team. That was my first time in LA. The moment I graduated and moved to the Bay. The moment I joined Google and moved to Seattle. The moment Covid hit and I lost my cousin/Bestfriend. The moment I experienced grief as an adult for the first time. The moment I packed up my life to live abroad. The moment I moved to Dubai. The moment life came full circle and I moved back to California. The many many moments of laughter, pondering, joy, sadness, clarity, confusion, the ups, the downs and everything in between. I remember it all. I’m so excited for what these next years will bring.
