Today marks the end of my journey with Empirical Spirits. It's been a wild three years that I am so very grateful for. While I was with Empirical, we released 5 Spirits(Doritos, Cilantro, Frederick, Stonefruit, and Olive, 6 if you count Ezzo Supreme). I met and had the opportunity to work with so many incredible people and bars, countless pop ups and events, BCB x3, Tales, and a staggering amount for cocktails were consumed. I cannot thank the Empirical team enough for all their support through the years, especially those that have been with me the whole journey, @whiskeyanddreams @rodrigonincao @james.preciado.sutter and @lars_williams who are all incredible humans. We went from just a few reps, and opening a distillery stateside, to having ambassadors all across the country. Though I won't be working with Empirical anymore, the team and the brand will forever have my heart. And yes, my entire collection will be going with me to Canada.
