I feel like I've never seen two souls laugh together so much on their wedding day. Karina and Fernando, thank you for having me there with you and trusting in the spot I found for you 🌵 🌄. Y'all are wonderful, and you and your beautiful baby girl deserve all the happiness.

Being inspired by all that's around, is something I thrive on. It's about the moments, feeling beautiful, going outside, and THESE DRESSES!! Everything about this morning, inspired me. And I'm so thankful that @fabiicakes @erixa.art didn't even care where I was taking them or what the photos would look like, they just wanted to show their support for my passion.

We women, we Latinx women, have come so far and we should only be inspiring and supporting each other. We should be surrounding ourselves around those who help us to be the best versions of ourselves.

This shoot brings together:
-One woman who is doing big things to bring the Hispanic community of women together, while constantly showing what a strong Latinx woman and mother really is.
- One woman who shares her art through paint, shows women that you don't need anyone else and proves you can get dirty doing handy work and look amazing doing it.
- One woman who just loves supporting others and immortalizing their journey.
- An incredible local bridal shop that has a mission to show women that they are valued and helps to provide rehabilitation for the survivors of sex trafficking and abuse (seriously incredible).
- and of course, the one woman who takes care of us all - Mother Nature.

This day was so much fun and I have so many photos I'm excited to share in the near future.

Thank you, everyone, for your support in continuing my love for photographing people, seeing their stories, and for being so supportive while I journey into this new business of my own. It's freaking scary but it has been so worth it!

More to come on one of the most vulnerable moments of my life…

When @candidsol, @1800_hotdish , @justgetbangs and @oncewildsalon captured and witnessed my beautiful, scary, fragile, hard life with me.

With appearances from @bmaxwell83, the man that always figures out how to do hard things, even when things didn’t work the way we thought it would, and our wonderful son, @lute.of.many.nations, the reason why I’m the mother I am.

@candidsol captured this event for us and refused to let me pay, so hire her for your next events. @1800_hotdish lost a dedicated client for the year and refuses to let me pay for things. This is the weekend that @fredagainagainagainagainagain @djoppidan @hamdimusic @clear.cast @bad.juuju @v.ertiig0 brought me back to life. I've been so lost and not even realizing it. A few months back, Fred's music brought out feelings in me that, to be honest, seemed dormant - dead even. I did everything I could to get to this San Francisco show and the stress and efforts were soooo incredibly worth it. It was a much needed hard reset to my life. Thank you to the all of the artists that played, Cow Palace, the crowd and the good people of SF. I'll never forget this weekend as the weekend my life started. Again..

To my friends and family who have been on this Fred journey with me, supporting it completely, and for never allowing me to feel silly or less than for any of the emotions I've been feeling - you are the realest and I love you all more than you know.

And the biggest thank you to Havannah for coming along for the ride. A time was had! I hope you have many many many more random, unexpected weekends that bring you nothing but love and happiness.

This post may seem dramatic, but to be honest, for me, it really is this intense. Days later, I'm still crying and coming down from it all. This weekend was life-changing and I'm so grateful. What a fucking journey life is.

Thank you, @fredagainagainagainagainagain you'll never understand what you, your music and this weekend meant - to me, and so many others.
