Thank you @julia_silverwood for this amazing book. I think I fell in love by the end of the first chapter, and just kept falling. I couldn't decide between the paperback or hardcover. So I bought both 😍

If you've been sleeping on this book, or it's been on your TBR, please do yourself a favor and read it. It's amazing, the world building is fantastic, and the characters are memorable. I can't wait for book 2 😍

✨ Blurb ✨

A high-stakes romantasy where The Hunger Games meets Norse mythology, packed with deadly trials, dangerous intrigue, and a slow-burn romance where your greatest enemy may be your only ally.

Nine realms. One bond. No escape.

For ten thousand years, a Keeper has stood between Earth and the chaos of the Norse realms, holding back cunning gods, legendary creatures, and beautifully wicked fae. But Saga knows nothing of this until her dying father calls her home to Iceland and leaves her his title, his secrets, and a fate she can’t refuse.

She discovers she’s bound by magic to Kalen, a mysterious fae who despises her fragile humanity because when she dies, so does he. So when the Norse gods resurrect the Tournament of Realms, a brutal contest where champions fight for the role of Keeper, Saga must obey the call, and Kalen becomes wholly infested.

To survive the trials, Saga must master her fighting skills and tether with her companion beast while navigating the intrigue of the gods. Yet her greatest challenge may be resisting Kalen, who could either save her heart or shatter the world she’s fighting for because desire is as lethal as the gods’ games.

This book has:
⚔️ Lethal trials
💙 Ruthless gods
⚔️ Norse legends
💙 Companion beasts
⚔️ Star-crossed romance
💙 Forbidden love
⚔️ Bonded mates
💙 Political intrigue
⚔️ Mythological creatures
💙 Forced proximity

Not all gods demand worship. Some demand revenge.

A Dragon Rider. A Vengeful God. A Shattered Brotherhood.
Vikter is the best among the Dragon master trainer, advisor, and pillar of the magnificent Dragon Rider Federation. But when a wave of unexplainable, ritualistic deaths begins to torment his city—culminating in the loss of his brother-in-arms, Hyle—Vikter's carefully constructed world crumbles. He vows to seek the truth, but the only promises left are lies from the very council he swore to serve.
But a reckless investigation unearths the Federation’s blood-soaked world empire built on a fanatic’s ideology. History will repeat itself—only this time, at the cost of centuries of peace. As corruption bleeds into the foundation of the grandest city in the Vore World, Vikter faces a devastating Hyle’s death wasn't an accident, but the calculated trigger for the ascent of a grieving, dangerous deity.
Now, with his city in ruins under the weight of betrayal and a war brewing among Riders, Vikter must choose between protecting his decaying home or abandoning everything he’s ever known.

In This Savage Sword, a prequel to The Vorelian Saga, dragons and gods collide in a brutal, high-stakes tale of vengeance, corruption, and the impossible sacrifices heroes must make.

“… You become fully immersed in the world. Dragons are real. Magic is real.” ~ Brian J. Lynch, author of Consequences Intended

“This world continues to expand with every new installment, and in doing so, takes another piece of my soul with it!” ~ Bryan Kamtsios, author of Soul Sacrifice

I don't even know where to begin. These books are STUNNING. GORGEOUS. PERFECTION. You know when you pre-order something and you're not sure what to expect but it ends up being mind-blowing? This was it for me. I knew I was getting something amazing, but this was beyond anything I'd imagined.

If you haven't read these yet, do it. You won't regret it. You'll become consumed, just like I was.

*Blurb*

✨ DARK FAE ROMANTASY TRILOGY✨
The day the Veil shattered, the world broke—and every soul was marked. Every fae now bears a soulmark. Luminar or Shadowmarked. Revered or enslaved.
But our fae heroine was born with both.
And he was forged to destroy her.
Some say their bond is prophecy.
Others call it a curse.
Either way—if it completes, it could end the war…
or end the realm.

He’s the hunter sworn to end you. You’re the anomaly whose very existence threatens his kingdom. When an infiltration forces you together, a single touch reveals a devastating connection—one that sees past the titles and into the wounds you both carry.

Now, a burning, binding magic ties you together, and a fragmented prophecy whispers that one of you may be the key... and the other, the sacrifice.

Is he your true mate, or your true enemy?

Real enemies-to-lovers, slow burn, fated mates, morally gray, forced proximity, the chosen one, found family, and level 4 spice but with deep themes and epic fantasy world.

@celeannedorrington this was truly an honor and I'm thankful that I was a part of this journey with you. It is definitely up there in my top 10 series for this year.

Back in May, I was super excited to be an ARC member for @elizabethstoltzauthor and read her amazing book A Curse of Love. I absolutely loved being a part of your team and I am SO excited to be a part of your Stretch Team. I can't wait for book 2! 😍🐉🌶️💋🏰✨

"One curse. Four mortal women. Seven days before the gods are banished to Purgatory forever."

"A Beauty and the Beast retelling with sexy gods, hunky dragon lords, and bitchy besties, which will appeal to readers who enjoyed the lyrical prose and headstrong characters of When the Moon Hatched, and the steamy MMC in Quicksilver."

Blurb:
"One curse.

Four mortal women.

Seven days before the gods are banished to Purgatory forever.
Shadow’s whole life is flipped upside down after her boyfriend breaks up with her at a coffee shop. Now, she must survive in a world where bloodmagic is currency, and she has none. Enter Augustine. He's handsome, charming, and just cynical (and witty) enough to capture Shadow’s attention. At first glance, he seems like the perfect answer to her problems. That is, until she learns that he’s secretly the God of Dreams, and he lives in a castle with all of his crazy siblings.

After being imprisoned within the castle walls, Shadow quickly learns she isn’t alone. Three other women share the same fated rules: fall in love with your assigned deity by week's end, and your life will be spared. Fail? And your life will be forfeited.

So naturally, the women make a plan. Don't fall in love, and the curse will condemn all the gods to Purgatory. If someone falls in love? The others will suffer the consequences.

But that’s the tricky thing about love, isn’t it? It never plays by the rules."

Key Tropes:

🖤 enemies to lovers
💖 bitchy besties
🐉 dragon shifters
👑 gods & royalty
💅 found family
🌶️ slow burn
😭 it was always her
🏰 cursed castles
✨ bloodmagic
💋 love triangles over a 3-book series
🌶️🌶️🌶️ 2.5 spice level

@vasilisadrakebooks gave us such an awesome experience - we were granted wings and some pixie dust to be able to bring some joy to readers in our home towns. ♥️ If you missed the preorder incentives from an indie book store, RUN to Walmart in Chardon, OH! I've hidden THREE sets of these in the books that I found there.

I hope that it brings you as much joy as it did me being able to do this. ♥️

Thank you for this opportunity and I hope that the three lucky readers who find this surprise will enjoy it and it brings them a smile.

What a wonderful community we have as readers. Keep spreading the joy my friends. ♥️

Blurb:

She’s trapped in a magical prison. To break out, she’ll make a deal with the most dangerous prisoner of them all.

Sentenced for a crime she didn’t commit, Samara is bullied by guards and tormented by the screams of her fellow prisoners. She’s resigned herself to enduring her fifteen-year term… until she learns that the freedom she's been promised is the cruelest lie of all.

Now she's faced with a choice: resign herself to dying in the cold walls of Castle Greymere, or do the unthinkable and escape. But no one leaves Greymere alive. So to break out of the prison? She’ll have to use one of the undead.

Raphael is the worst kind of monster: a vampire with a thirst for blood, the mortal enemy of witches, the same breed that killed her mother. And most importantly, he’s unspeakably powerful, his supernatural strength tamed only by the enchanted cuffs forced on him.

He’s her only chance at a life outside the prison walls.

The deal is simple: Samara unlocks his shackles, and he'll help her escape. But although Raphael agreed to help her leave Greymere, he never promised to let her go…

A Bargain So Bloody is the first book in an exciting new romantasy series, perfect for readers who love slow burn romance with morally grey heroes who fall first and hard and heroines who find their own strength. taken in Walmart Chardon by @candlestickmaker90
