I had a successful training run this morning at Wietse, achieving my longest run and a personal record in a 30km run. 🏃‍♀️🥇🥳 The hills were certainly challenging! ⛰️💪😅 #Running #Training #Race #Record #Hills

Gorgeous Cape Town morning ☀️🏃‍♀️ Early miles with this crew, followed by the best coffee at Trecastelli ☕️❤️

Honestly… is there a better way to start a Tuesday? 😍

Well done to our runners who conquered the Axxess Landmarks Half Marathon 2026 by @candyinmotion

21km of the Southern Suburbs with Terri 🏃‍♀️💗

After 16km on the trails yesterday, my legs had absolutely no business doing a 21 today… but here we are 😂🙈

Landmarks 21 with my girl Terri, plenty of laughs, complaining, suffering, good vibes and the best kind of tired. 💪🏼

21.13km ✔️
365m elevation ✔️
Legs still attached ✔️😂

Another Sunday well spent with the 5AM Club. 🌅🏃‍♀️💕

Bonus: Got to run a little with the absolute legend @gerda_steyn 👏💪

16km. 500m elevation. 🌿☀️ And enough heat to question every life choice halfway up 😂

Today’s TrailFun adventure at Neethlingshof was 🔥 — gorgeous trails, some proper climbing, epic single track and views that made every sweaty step worth it.

Chris, Nic and I had the BEST day out, and because TrailFun knows how to do it properly… we finished the day with some well-earned wine tasting on the farm. 🍷😏

Trail running + beautiful farms + good people + wine afterwards?
Yeah… I’m very much here for this. 🏃🏼‍♀️🍷

If you’ve been looking for a fun way to get outdoors, discover new trails and meet good humans, TrailFun is where it’s at. ❤️
