Mr Mak Fish Head Noodles in USJ6 Subang Jaya 📍

First time voiceover don’t laugh ah 😂 I don’t know delete redo how many times 🫠 Back to this hidden gem in Subang. Been going there for many years already. Now is the 2nd generation operating. I love that they freshly fried the fish fillet for every order 👍

I prefer the thin meehoon over the thick. The original fish head noodle you can choose either with milk or without. It’s always with for me 😋 Very creamy with tanginess from the tomatoes. The tomyum is also good by the way! Don’t say bojio 🤤

Loving their warm & romantic vibes serving Contemporary Mediterranean inspired dishes. Highly recommend the Leek Orecchiette & Seafood orzo. Would skip the lamb chops as it was a little overcooked for me. What we ordered :

Recently super obsessed with easy Airfryer recipes! Really save a lot of time & very convenient ✨ I’m using @mova.my AF20 Pro Airfryer. Love that it’s transparent so you can watch without opening it. And if you need to store the leftovers can just store it directly with the container. Recipe below :

Crispy Nori Crabmeat Snack
• Rice Paper
• Seaweed
• Crabmeat

Directions :
1. Layer rice paper, Seaweed & Crabmeat
2. Place another layer of rice paper on top & wet it with a bit of water to stick it together
3. Use scissors & cut it into like small parcels
4. Spray oil on Airfryer & on top of the small parcels
5. Airfry it at 200 degree celcius for 10mins
6. Serve it with your favourite chilli sauce!

Raju’s Banana Leaf 📍

Our favourite weekend roti canai place. Need no introduction, might need to queue a while but moves fast 👍🏻 Roti canai only until 12pm or until sold out. Fried dishes are always fresh but can get pricy for seafood.

Surprise to find a restaurant that open by a Le Cordon Bleu graduate. Hence my expectation was quite high. And it did not disappoint 👍🏻 Highly recommend to order the Lime Steamed Fish & Special Stir Fry Squid. And if you’re looking for value set lunch, this is the place to go ✨

Woo Ng Kee Puchong 📍

Sometimes I just go into random restaurant and give it a try. And this turns out to be a pleasant surprise! All the dishes we ordered were really really good. Especially the Fried Pork Belly & Lime Sauce Squid & Lala. The signature steamed fish only RM49, definitely super worth it 👍🏻

Boon Tat Seafood in Klang 📍

One of my family favourite restaurant! Can’t even remember when I went there first time but when I was very little. They used to serve the best O chien but unfortunately they don’t make it anymore 😭 Their seafood definitely must order but their curry chicken is also crazy good. And it taste even better if you keep it for the next day, I know so weird.
