Butter Nuez! But make them mini!! These were so fun to make especially knowing that it’s my mom’s favorite flavor, so I was excited to have her taste them….she loved them! Said they were better than Cinnabons!😗💁‍♀️😂 by @canelansugar

Horchata + espresso = yes please! 😍 by @canelansugar

Canela & Sugar, my best seller!😍😋 Just imagine bitting in to something warm, soft, and burst of flavor….yes please!😍 by @canelansugar

Plátano pudding! I am finally getting the hang of it! New record unlocked! Finished in about 2 hours when my first took me like 3 hours haha! My eldest nephew helped me cut up the bananas!🥰 Again! I made the vanilla wafers myself! Just need to add a little more vanilla next time! These are probably my favorite so far!!😋 by @canelansugar

These are cookies & crema! These were fun to make, I did make the dough while I was baking the cookie so I wasn’t able to mix the cookie into the dough but it’s okay it was still delicious!😋 Yes I made my own oreo cookie, I am not a fan of all of the chemicals/oils in an oreo soooooo I made my own, I want to serve yall good clean rolls! Everything is clean no extra oils or chemicals, I try my best to be more on the organic/cleaner side. To me it tastes better and makes me happy knowing I am not giving you nasty ingredients! From the syrups to the cookies everything will be carefully selected and made with lots of love!😘 by @canelansugar

Chocolate Chiapas!😋🍫 These were a trip!! Haha I forgot to add the butter to dough so I had to start all over again!😭😂 But it was worth it! My godson helped me make the boxes today haha, so he got a big roll!😘 My time is getting quicker which is great! I enjoy making cinnamon rolls it’s like a little ritual, when the dough is proofing I am able to clean everything and just roll bake and DONE!🤗 I also bought this cute bowl with little flowers!! I love it!🥰 by @canelansugar

Here are some strawberry cinnamon rolls!!🍓 These will be called Fresas & Cream. It was fun making some strawberry syrup, I was so worried they weren’t going to taste like strawberries but my loved ones ensured me they did!!🤗 And I took my godsons advice and he was right haha!🫡 Also did yall know there are 2 main types of cinnamon?!! They are ceylon and cassia!! In the US, cassia is used more which has a spicier and bitter taste while in Mexico ceylon is used more which has a milder and sweeter taste!😋 If you’re wondering, I have been using ceylon cinnamon also known as “true cinnamon”, I buy the sticks and grind them up myself!🥰 by @canelansugar

Here are my OGs I’ll be calling these Canela & Sugar!🥰 The way my home smelled while making them, amazing!😋 I had my godson try them (he lovessss anything cinnamon) he did not hold back!😂 He said for my next batch don’t put too much butter in my glaze and to add more filling but that he can’t want for the next batch, I said yes sir!🫡 My fiancé on the other hand fell in love with me all over again haha, he said they were the best cinnamon rolls he’s ever had, which made me tear up!😂🥹 Shout out my friend Nancy for getting me a recipe journal, writing everything down!🥰 by @canelansugar
