🕯️Updated refs of Vela and my persona! 🕯️

Wanted to do this cause I didn’t like the old ones… plus now there’s a close up of the cutie mark and the full body! I changed the cutie mark too lol but I definitely like it better!

Quick Note: I’m still working on stuff I’ve just been spending time with my family and my bf and going out to do fun stuff cuz I haven’t been doing the best mentally, I don’t always like to be locked up looking at my iPad the entire day, lol, , but I’ll have the next animation done soon so be patient 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Art contest #YeraStudiosArtContest2026 for @aveliaartsie Finished at the day of the dead line again oops. But I got this done! I wanted to practice more on lighting again, I liked how it turned out. You can tell I really love drawing night skies and nature haha.

STORY/CONTEXT: Cozy was losing it thinking everypony hated her even flurry heart and luster Dawn after the Flame Sprout fight. Diamond Tiara told Twilight and Twilight explained what really happened to flurry and luster that they should go check up on Cozy and this is what they saw. Cozy thinking she didn’t belong in this world at all.

Flurry felt guilt because all of this about bringing cozy glow back was her idea and the fact that she felt like she failed her made her filled with fear that even she couldn’t move or fly just yell words to cozy to not do it.

Luster Dawn was also guilty for not realizing sooner, Luster just wanted new friends like twilight told her to make and she considered cozy glow a close friend, she knew about her past but even luster saw that cozy did want to change, she reached out when cozy didn’t feel like talking to someone but even so Cozy would listen to her even if she didn’t talk much but luster saw she was trying her best.

The three realize they have each other. Each of them have their own problems and worries but they have one another to be around during tough times. In the moment they both hugged cozy glow, cozy felt warmth in her heart for the very first time. She was finally able to cry without holding back her emotions. Letting it all out.

The very first true hug in years.
The first time her mind was finally quiet.
And she decided to keep living, even so, there will be times cozy will be sad and it’s okay, but she will always remember that she has her two close friends by her side.

Life is beautiful and cozy just needs to find the positive things in life to keep moving forward and continue to give herself another chance to live a normal life.

Man. This animation hit close to home for me. I won’t lie I teared up like 3 times animating this..

This will personally be my forever favorite, the emotion I was able to animate gosh🥲..

CONTEXT/STORY: Awake from her post nightmare, cozy’s fears come to her in reality.
Scared of her own trauma and fear now facing her past self taunting her.
Scared she tries to deny and escape but herself is there. Memories visions flash. Her fears and worries and now the consequences of her actions coming to her.
Breaking from her delusional fantasy Cozy has come up with a decision.
With her mind made up she removes her bandage and ties up her wings. She now needs to finish this once and for all.
