I left the Basil Vinegar in the jars for 3 weeks. I used the White wine vinegar, after three weeks it turned a beautiful golden color. I then took the floral stems and stripped the seed pods off, placed them in a jar with a teaspoon of basil salt, and added some of the basil vinegar. Tastes delicious , not quite capers, but most definitely good. Will be great in salads. I also have made Basil Olive Oil, I have basil salt. Well you get it, it’s Basil 🌿 This has been an interesting year for Basil. Basil salt 👍🏻, Basil olive Oil👍🏻, Basil Pesto, 👍🏻 to end the year Basil vinegar. I have all my goodie’s for great salads, and drizzle Basil over pizzas, and pretty much anything you want to drizzle by @caneycourt

I started with 2 minutes, they took my temperature at the start 96.5 and in two minutes it dropped to 72 degrees. You are wearing a mask, gloves, socks and slippers. The rest is up to you, I had my underwear on. I had headphones on with music I didn’t like the music she chose for me, but I started dancing and kept dancing just to keep warm. Tomorrow I’ll try 3 minutes. by @caneycourt

They heard a noise, me too. They immediately jumped up to check everything out. Kept turning and looking in different directions, meowing loudly, hey maybe our dear departed old friends are back early to visit us. Welcome home my sweet babies. by @caneycourt

I have a forest of mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 🍄‍🟫 🍄‍🟫 growing in my backyard. I’m not knowledgeable enough to know, so I looked it up on the iNaturalist app. Love it, take a picture of the item, and it tells you what it is. Plants, birds, fish, trees, snakes, whatever you take a picture of. by @caneycourt

Have to come out early in the morning, 7:00 am is best. The morning glory’s opens up early, but they close up as soon as the direct sunlight hits them, not giving the bees 🐝 much time to harvest . They work fast, and are happy to find food. by @caneycourt

Ever think back of everything you have been able to do I worked so hard, didn’t retire till I was 70. But I had jobs that sent me all over the United States, out of 50, probably only miss 10 states, traveled extensively to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Taiwan, China, Mexico , Baja California then Spain, Italy, France, Sicily. Since then I am going back to cover more of France, 5 times to Italy and still want to see more of Italy. Wow, how blessed am I, I’m 82 years old and in good health, so why not see more. My true blessing is my health. by @caneycourt
