POSTS STORIES REELS

🎬 Last Wednesday, I was glad to attend the opening ceremony of the 24th Latin American Film Festival (LAFF) in Kuala Lumpur, at Sunway University.

Many thanks to the Embassy of Brazil for inviting me to the screening of the Oscar-winning film I'm Still Here (2025). The acting and cinematography were simply sensational! ☺️

Organised by the Embassies of Latin American countries in collaboration with Sunway University, this unique festival brings the richness, diversity and creativity of Latin American cinema to Malaysian audiences.

🎥 The festival continues until 6 November!

If you'd like to attend, check out the poster at the end of this reel for more details.

Yay! 🥳🌎🎞️

What an exciting weekend we had in Kuala Lumpur,
Malaysia🥳😃🥳! The city was buzzing with energy, the crowds were electric, and every race moment had us on our feet. Now the F1 mania travels to Singapore's shores - new track, new lights, same thrill... Yeah! 🏎️ by @caning35

Dear friends,
This is a super exciting weekend! 😃🤩😃
This Sunday, 27 September, Kuala Lumpur gets a little closer to Latin America. From 10am to 5pm, Low Yat Park in Bukit Bintang turns into a celebration of music, food and dance - brought to you by the Embassies of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, México, Perú, Uruguay and the incredible support of the Latin Women Association of Malaysia (LWAM).

Expect live rhythms, raffles, authentic flavours, dances from across the region - all in the heart of the city. Come, and bring friends, bring family, bring an appetite.

See you there! 🥳😄🥳 by @caning35

Travelling to Kazakhstan was truly something out of this world😃.

This country is absolutely beautiful. The landscapes are breathtaking, the people are incredible kind and hospitable, and every moment felt like an adventure.

I can't wait to return and explore even more of this amazing land. Definitely a destination that deserves a place on everyone's bucket list😍🛩

I haven't been posting much lately out of respect for the victims in my homeland. I feel incredible fortunately and grateful that my family in Venezuela is safe despide the inmense devastation. I know many others have not been as fortunate, and my thoughts and prayers remain with all those affected. 🙏

That said, I didn't want these recent photos to go unseen. These moments mark the end of another memorable semester with my wonderful students, who are now beginning a new chapter in their lives.

I wish each and every one of you happiness, success, and all the very best for the future. It has been a privilege to be part of your journey.🤗🥰🤗 by @caning35
