Workout ⬇️

1. Leg Press- Placing the feet higher up on the foot pad increase glutes and hamstring engagement.
2. SM Bulgarian Split Squat- unilateral exercise targeting the quads, glutes, and hamstrings with increased stability compared to free weights.
3. Elevated Feet Barbell Deep Squat- increasing squat depth, increasing the range of motion at the knees and work better on quads. Glutes, adductors and calves as a secondary muscles.
4. SM Static Lunges- unilateral exercise target the glutes, quads, and hamstrings by keeping the feet planted in a split stance while front foot is elevated.

Shoes: @canlesofficial- Earthtreks shoes feature an extra thin, zero-drop sole that bends and flexes with your foot, giving you a natural foot movement which is good for heavy leg day. Light as a feather and breathable fabric. Honestly such a great pair of shoes. 💕

I’ve wanted to try a pair of barefoot shoes for a long time but never found any that I loved the look of, but these actually look awesome, are super light full and comfortable.

Lift progression is always the main focus of my workouts and I wouldn’t wear them if it messed with that, they will be a staple in my gym bag moving forward.

Visit https://canles.link/nadine with discount code “nadine10” if you want to try a pair yourself.

STOP wearing running shoes for leg day! 👀🏋️‍♀️

The Canles Earthtreks Barefoot Shoes have:
✨ Zero-drop sole for a more natural stance
🦶 Wide toe box for better balance and stability
💪 Flexible design that moves with your feet
🔥 Non-slip grip that keeps you planted during squats & deadlifts

My lifts feel so much more stable, and I love feeling connected to the floor without actuallygoing barefoot. 🙌

If you’ve been looking for better support on legday, these are 100% worth checking out! 👟✨

BareXplorer state of mind.

Some shoes are made to be seen. Others are made to be felt.

The BareXplorer by @canlesofficial are more than just sneakers — they’re a quiet reminder to slow down, to reconnect, to move the way your body was meant to. Every step feels lighter, closer to the ground, closer to something real.

In a world that’s always rushing, choosing barefoot is choosing presence. Morning walks with no destination, late sunsets, city streets that suddenly feel different… more yours.

This isn’t just about style. It’s about freedom.

Walk free. Live grounded.
