A little over two years ago I was lost and broken and going through unimaginable pain. I quit my job after losing my brother. I was so depressed and i felt like I had no purpose or direction…. Then one day I got a notification from Indeed to apply at Bloomery, a new dispo opening up in New Buffalo (10 mins away from my house). Thankfully JB saw something in me I didn’t see in myself at the time and gave me an opportunity that would change my life forever. Who knew that that random notification I got for a job I thought was surely unattainable would lead to this? I have found my passion in this industry. It helped me rediscover purpose and brought me back to life. I am forever grateful for the people that I have met over the past two years; you really are all family to me. I am forever grateful for Bloomery and King of Budz for helping me develop both personally and professionally, and words can not describe how grateful I am for Ahmed and URB. Working for this company has truly opened my eyes to my worth and potential. I love working for a company that challenges me and forces me to step outside of my comfort zone. I am most grateful to my custys. Some of you have been with me since day one and followed me to different stores. You have learned with me, shown me patience, love, and kindness. Thank you for trusting me with your vulnerable stories and allowing me the opportunity to get to do what I love every day.
