There are some weddings that, from the moment they begin, you know are going to stay with you long after the last dance.

Canning & Kyle’s was one of them.

The laughs were endless, the energy was high, and the love was everywhere you looked.

Their ceremony was filled with beautiful readings and poems, but it was the Shel Silverstein poem that completely undid us. Looking around and seeing guests wipe away tears while smiling through them felt like the perfect reflection of who these two are and the community they’ve built around them.

Every detail felt so intentionally them, from treasured family china passed down through generations to Canning’s mom’s beloved TR6, which made the perfect backdrop for portraits and added another layer of family history to the day.

Canning and I had been dreaming up this oyster-and-martini moment during cocktail hour for months, and somehow the golden hour sun showed up right on cue to give us the dreamiest glow. A true chef’s kiss.

A day that felt effortless, meaningful, and unmistakably theirs from beginning to end. And you know these two nailed their champagne pop night shot 🍾 A weekend so good, I even participated in the cheers 🥂

Thank you both endlessly for your energy, your kindness, and for welcoming the whole vendor team like family. Congratulations you two!
