🇮🇹 The real deal. Straight from Chicago.

Italian food has been part of my family for generations. In 1969, my grandfather, Rocco Palese, moved his family from Italy to Chicago, bringing along the recipes and traditions he grew up with.

He eventually went on to invent what the world now knows as Chicago Stuffed Pizza 🍕. So yeah… I guess food was always in my blood.

And that family tradition didn’t stop with pizza.

For Cannolis by Christopher, I use our family’s original cannoli recipe. I love keeping that authentic Italian tradition alive while putting my own modern spin on it.

Instead of leaving desserts sitting on a table to get soggy, I hand-pipe each cannoli fresh right at your event. It’s a true live experience brought straight to your guests. 🧑‍🍳

When you book Cannolis by Christopher, you’re not just booking dessert—you’re bringing a piece of my family’s history to your celebration.

Bring a piece of authentic Italian-Chicago tradition to your next celebration.
