Sunday July 19 noon-5 pm features the global release of Ichiro’s M&G TOMODACHI Cask Whisky finished in Koshu Wine Cask selected for Joe C (barrel no B0075 to be precise) For the 3rd consecutive year we’re honored to be the only bar or restaurant in the United States to be able to pour our very own cask of Chichibu. Flamenco Sketches A flavorful gimlet variation with a split base of tequila and amontillado sherry and fresh cucumber, inspired by the works of @mattyclarkcocktail and his time at Dutch Kills and around NY. Cucumber and lime are always a win, and you add some fresh fruit and cayenne for seasoning and it’s everything you could want in a gimlet, whatever the spirit. Named after one of my favorite tunes written by the greats, Miles Davis and Bill Evans, with a subtle nod to the birth place of both flamenco music and sherry.
