For the past 2 years, Cecilia has been a reliable part of the Cannon Catering team, helping with kitchen prep and ensuring events run smoothly. What she enjoys most is making people happy on the best day of their lives, a role she takes to heart at every celebration. Cecilia’s favorite menu items are the Glazed Cocktail Meatballs, Garden Herb Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms, and, of course, the Baja Taco Bar, dishes she loves sharing with guests.

Meet Lydia Frederick, Cannon Catering's Office Manager.

Since joining Cannon Catering in May 2024, Lydia has played a key role in keeping events organized and clients supported. From scheduling and coordinating with planners to answering questions and guiding details, she helps ensure every celebration starts with clear communication and thoughtful planning.

What Lydia enjoys most is talking with clients about their events, hearing their ideas, and helping bring them to life. Her favorite menu item is the French Garlic Farmhouse Chicken, one of the original Cannon Catering favorites dating back to 1999.

🍁 Our fall wedding series continues with a look at Pinehill Pavilion in Youngsville, NC.

Set on 160 private acres just north of Raleigh, Pinehill Pavilion offers a peaceful backdrop for weddings and celebrations. The 8,400-square-foot pavilion overlooks a two-acre pond and landscaped courtyard, with cottages nearby for the wedding party to get ready and relax before the ceremony.

We love being part of weddings, corporate gatherings, and special events at Pinehill Pavilion. The setting is beautiful in every season, but especially during autumn. 🍂

Meet Jon Saylor – General Manager

Jon’s story began 22 years ago as a part-time dishwasher at Cannon Catering. By being consistent, reliable, and always willing to help, he worked his way up to General Manager and head chef, leading the team while keeping his hands in every detail—from the kitchen to the event floor.

What Jon loves most is meeting new people and taking Cannon Catering’s food to exciting events at different venues around the Triangle. His favorite menu item is Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin and BBQ Beef Brisket.
