I wrote “Mantra Song” a couple of years back while living in Nashville.

The idea originated from a slide riff, and the words “feels good to feel alive again” which my talented friend @wilktheartist (who has an album releasing this Friday) posted on Instagram.

I took the idea and ran with it.

It’s a simple track, but serves as a reminder of the sentiments l hold when I’m feeling my best and living like I should.

Had an excellent weekend of songwriting and swimming with the @spirelife crew!

I became a fan and friend of every single one of these songwriters over the weekend. The amount of talent is unreal.
