In-N-Out is officially OPEN at the Great Park. 🍔🎉

We watched this building go up from the ground and honestly seeing it finally open feels like such a milestone. This is just the beginning of what’s coming to Canopy and the Great Park Neighborhoods, and the area keeps getting better every single month.

My order? Cheeseburger, no veggies. I know, I know. But I stand by it. 😅

The Great Park lifestyle just keeps leveling up. Between the new construction, the parks, the amenities, and now this, it’s easy to see why so many people want to be here.

What’s your In-N-Out order? Drop it below and let’s see who’s ordering the most chaotic thing. 👇

A new In-N-Out in Irvine is always a BIG deal! 🍔🎉 Still family-owned and currently headquartered right here in our city, the company has deep roots in our community.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to be among the first to see the new location during the pre-opening celebration for Store Number 443 at The Canopy in the Great Park, including a behind-the-scenes tour of its operations.

The best part was meeting the people behind the opening. The new team members were excited, energized, and ready to welcome the community!

As a business owner, I have always been interested in workforce culture and operational excellence. Having studied In-N-Out’s operating model and drawn inspiration from some of its practices, I continue to be impressed by the company’s efficiency, consistency, and commitment to its people.

I also learned about In-N-Out’s “All-Stars” store-launch program, where they fly in experienced top associates from other locations for several weeks to train and support the new crew. It is a thoughtful investment in people that helps each restaurant open with strong standards and a unified team.

What made the experience especially memorable was hearing from the visiting crew members about where they started and how long they have been with In-N-Out. Some traveled from Los Angeles and others from Northern California, and for several, this was their first visit to Irvine. Thank you for sharing your experiences with me. Welcome to our city, we are glad to have you here!

A special shout-out to Store Manager Jonah, a local and Crean Lutheran alumnus, for spending time with me and showing me around. Best of luck to Jonah, the shift managers, crew members, and visiting All-Stars as they officially open their doors!

Welcome home, Store 443! Irvine is ready for you! ❤️🍟

The wait is finally over! In-N-Out has opened its newest Irvine location at The Canopy in Great Park, a new 12-acre retail and dining district. That means it’s time to grab the crew and hit the drive-thru. 🚨🍔

Located at 7900 Great Park Blvd., the new restaurant features:
🚗 A drive-thru with capacity for 33 vehicles
🪑 84 indoor seats and 36 outdoor patio seats
👥 Approximately 70 Associates

So the only question that really matters… Animal Style or regular fries?

Great Park is about to get a whole lot tastier. 🍔👀

The signs are officially up and In-N-Out is coming soon to the Great Park in Irvine. The building is almost complete and this location is looking massive. Even the drive-thru line looks well designed and extra long, which honestly we are grateful for because you already know this place is going to get packed. 😅

This is huge for Great Park residents and everyone visiting the area. Whether you are coming from Solis Park, Luna Park, or the future Canopy retail spots, you will now have In-N-Out just minutes away. Another reason the Great Park keeps proving why it is one of the best places to live and hang out in Orange County. 🙌

Between the new construction, the parks, the amenities, and now this, it is safe to say the Great Park lifestyle just keeps getting better and better.

So the real question is, are you an animal style fries kind of person or do you keep it classic? Drop your In-N-Out order below. 👇
