Day 4

This time, with my precious cargo joining me.☀️

We started with a few “I don’t know if we can do this” moments… but we locked in , together.

And we finished STRONG. 🩵

Healing looks a little different when you’re a mommy. Sometimes it’s finding yourself while showing your baby what it looks like to keep going. 🌱☀️ #packlight by @canvasjuls

The weight lifted, and I remembered who I am—powerful, grounded, and no longer defined by what tried to break me. ✨ #packlight #mentalhealthadvocate #mentalhealthawareness #lovewins by @canvasjuls

Go find yourself again. 🌱 No person has the power to destroy what was always yours to reclaim. Go find your inner child, hug them tight, and become the safe place they always needed. Healing is remembering who you were before the world told you who to be. 🤎✨#packlight by @canvasjuls

Day 2 🔒 Single moms deserve softness too. 💛 We carry so much, but taking care of our mental health teaches our babies that strength also looks like rest, healing, and choosing ourselves. 🌱✨#mentalhealthawareness by @canvasjuls

*Cortisol* I’m brave enough to correct mistakes and courageous enough to stand up to the mental health crisis not just with my voice, but through my lived experience. My story is my strength, and I’m choosing to turn what I’ve survived into awareness, healing, and hope. 🧠🌿✨ #MentalHealthAwareness #LivedExperience #HealingOutLoud by @canvasjuls
