Double lazy daisy
Bumbu - Caramelised banana yoghurt- walnut - lemon balm

Bumbu for me was actually one of the first drinks I ever made a unique drink on! Shout out the summer in the city! We’ve slightly moved on from mai tai twists since…
For this serve we hero bumbu classic as it was. Notes of banana peel and slight spice notes of cinnamon and cardamom. We pair those flavours with a homemade roasted clear walnut orgeat complimenting those eastern spices present in bumbu. Lemon balm for that citric hit with local ingredients.
Pulling flavours from across the globe to mimic bumbus global appeal and cross continental deduction methods.
she looks like a martini but runs like tiki classic.
Finished with some orange leaf oil.

Cream without commitment
Bumbu cream- lactic cranberry cordial - white chocolate
Garnished with freeze dried cranberry salt
A party in glass, made to smacked back on sunny but cold Edinburgh days and transporting you to sunny Barbados. The world’s gone dessert drink mad but I for one can never finish one! So welcome to tropical sibiling.

🚨JOB ALERT! 🚨

It’s time to expand team Chancho again and we are looking for someone who can become a valued member of our team.

If you love hospitality, enjoy Margaritas and have an interest(obsession!) in all things agave then this is the bar for you.

A certain experience is desired, but that said, lots of training is given. We are an ambitious company & have lots of exciting plans for the future.
Although we are a small bar it gets busy so being agile is key, along with a great personality, as our guest’s experience is as important to us as our drinks.
