From the garden to the plate.

For our Chef the kitchen starts with what grows just a few steps away: basil, tarragon, sea fennel, mint, rocket and chilli, cultivated in the hotel’s own vegetable garden and brought into the dishes of our restaurants.

Harvested at its best, each ingredient adds its own freshness, aroma and character, a direct link between the garden and the plate.
