With over 13 years of experience as a Naturopath, I offer extensive clinical expertise gained through both collaborating with doctors and running my own practice. My approach involves thorough case taking and when appropriate, functional testing, to identify the underlying causes of health imbalances and symptoms. Treatment is individually tailored using a combination of herbal
medicine, nutritional supplementation, dietary guidance, lifestyle strategies, and mind-body medicine.

I feel both passionate and privileged to support clients on their health journeys, helping them achieve lasting results and optimal wellbeing. Whist I see many different conditions my areas of specialty include Thyroid conditions, Acne, Chronic vaginal and urinary tract infections, Gastrointestinal health, Hormonal imbalances,
Empowered perimenopause/menopause and ADHD. I see women, men, children and non-binary clients online worldwide and also offer in person sessions in Byron Bay.

Kristin Zanotti is an Integrative Naturopath with over 12 years of clinical experience.
Having been lucky to work with some of Australia’s best integrative Dr’s she offers a wide skill set across many conditions.

Some area’s of passion and specialty include; chronic fatigue, postnatal depletion, empowered perimenopause/menopause, ADHD (offering screening and a package of treatment), vaginal conditions/UTI and sensitive and complex clients. She is also passionate about general health and wellness checks to optimise health. Kristin see’s both Women, Men, Non binary and children.

A new incarnation for Cape Naturopathics. After being at my gorgeous clinic space for the last 4 years I am changing things up for a little more freedom for new creations 🌿 I’ll be working online during June and from July onwards will also be in a physical space again in the Byron Shire (to be announced closer) . I will still have my dispensary and will be offering free postage to all my clients 🌼 Thank you to everyone that has been a part of this wonderful space and I look forward to new adventures together! 🌞
