Pita Parade @blondie_cpt was 🔥!

Melanzane - meltingly soft eggplant with Blondie's goats labneh
Griiled spiced chicken with Turkish pickle and curry leaf aioli
Also, Baluchi kebab with green chutney
Kimchi fritter with Gochujang mayo & apple radish relish
Burghler falafel with hummus & tahini with @lovethekitchen pestos & Love Potion

And oh... those @blondie_cpt pitas! Little pillows of perfection... waiting in their little steam cabinet for their moment!

All my sauces and dressings came out to play... such a glorious, synogous moment!
