It’s been a rough month in the market, so I haven’t posted much on the feed outside of P&L updates on my stories.
Today we finally got some clean price action on QQQ and a setup worth taking.
Caught the move with the $716 puts and stayed disciplined with the execution. Entry was clean, price followed the plan, and I took the exit without overstaying the trade.
Not every month is going to be perfect. Sometimes the best thing you can do is stay patient, protect capital, and wait for the market to give you something clean.

Followed the game plan, waited for confirmation, and managed the trade according to plan.
Not a perfect entry, but solid execution and risk management.
Process over profits. The profits follow.
The goal isn't catching the entire move. The goal is executing the process consistently and stacking wins over time.

I didn't chase the initial move higher. Instead, I waited for price to pull back into support while monitoring order flow and momentum.
The goal isn't catching every move. The goal is waiting for the highest-probability setup and executing it consistently.

Today's trade came directly from the game plan.
MSTR opened weak and continued respecting key resistance levels outlined before the bell. Instead of chasing the initial move, I waited for price to confirm weakness and break lower. Once sellers stayed in control and the setup aligned with the plan, I entered the $135 Puts expiring 6/5.
The focus wasn't predicting the market—it was executing the levels and letting price action do the work.
✅ Followed the game plan

✅ Managed risk
✅ Took profits into weakness
Consistency comes from repeating the process, not forcing trades. One setup, one plan, one execution.

The game plan coming into the session was simple: below $623, look for puts targeting lower levels. META opened weak and immediately started breaking down, but instead of chasing the move during the first 30 minutes, I stayed patient and waited for the market to come to me.
After the initial selloff, META formed a lower high, sellers stepped back in, and order flow confirmed the weakness. That was the trigger.
The biggest lesson from this trade wasn't the profit—it was the discipline. Missing the first move doesn't mean missing the trade. Waiting for structure, confirmation, and order flow allowed for a cleaner entry with less risk and more confidence.
