@fintechtvglobal Women are poised to become the stewards of a historic wealth transfer — one that will reshape #investing, #entrepreneurship, and #leadership over the next two decades.

By 2048, an estimated $124 trillion in global wealth is expected to move from baby boomers and older generations, with a significant share passing to women. By 2030, women are projected to control $30 trillion to $34 trillion in U.S. assets — an inflection point that will influence not only markets, but also how capital is deployed, who gets funded, and what kinds of businesses are built.

Seven years ago, we founded @capitalvariation with a belief that still drives us today: finance can be a force for hope and possibility.

Coming from a non-traditional path Lady Gonzalez, being born in the 90s in Colombia, and despite a challenging upbringing in some of the most violent and disturbing memories whilst growing up Colombia🇨🇴 leadership and culture thought us not to fit on a mould—but about embracing history and transforming pain and discomfort into something others will learn, look up to and inspire change.

It is about courage, conviction, and the willingness to rise while lifting others with you. We are standing at the edge of a new era, where #technology, #AI, and bold ideas are redefining what is possible.
