🌱✨ CAPK’s CalFresh Healthy Living program proudly celebrated National Farmers Market Day!

We highlighted our incredible local farmers who brought fresh, seasonal produce straight to the community. 🥕🍅🌽 Families also enjoyed resources, recipes, and activities designed to make healthy eating simple and fun.

Together, we supported local agriculture and took steps toward a healthier, more nutritious future, one bite at a time. by @capk_cfhl
