Amazing energy made for an incredible roda today! 🔥

My knee has been acting up pretty badly, so I couldn’t jump into the roda, but I still had so much fun playing the berimbau and pandeiro! 🪘🎶

There are so many ways to be part of the roda, even when you can’t physically play.

That’s what makes Capoeira so amazing! It’s not just about playing in the roda—it’s about the music, the energy, and the connection we all share! ❤️🔥

Thank you so much to everyone who came to celebrate my big 5-0 with me! 🥂✨

Honestly, I wasn’t planning to do anything, but at the very last minute I decided to have a little get-together… and you all showed up for me. ❤️ I feel so lucky and grateful to have each of you in my life.

Here’s to friendships that last, growing together, making more memories, and being there for each other through every chapter of life. 🫶

And of course, to my family — I love you so, so much❤️

50 years of life, love, friendships, lessons, and memories… and I’m so excited for what’s next. 🥂✨ taken in Boynton Beach, Florida by @capo_journey

This is 50. ✨
This is where I am, and this is who I am.
A turning point. A new chapter. A new life.
I’m excited to choose my own path, keep moving forward, and see where life takes me.
So grateful for my family, my friends, my health, and every experience that brought me here. ❤️

Here’s to 50 — feeling stronger, freer, and more excited for what’s ahead than ever. 🥂✨

@dat_ash_tho88 thank you for taking me out to celebrate and, even more, for being by my side for more than a decade. ❤️ You’ve seen me through so many chapters of my life, and I’m so grateful for your friendship, your honest opinions (even when I don’t want to hear them 😂), and for always being there for me no matter what. Love you! 🥰

Feeling very loved and very lucky as I step into this next chapter. 🥹❤️✨ taken in Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant by @capo_journey

Tried a pair challenge with my little one, who weighs 60 lbs. My arms aren’t strong enough to hold him well yet. Need more work! 😂 by @capo_journey

Day 12 #handstand365
I practice handstands every day—even if I don’t post every day, so calling this Day 12 🤭✨

Press handstand is the dream.
Working on control, balance, and understanding the mechanics little by little.
